I would say to size up in shorts and stay true to size in leggings. I’m trying to get the leggings now in medium instead of large. Quality is good and it’s super stretchy

Originally had the xs in blue and wine and they were super compressed and a lil too tight after wearing for long periods throughout the day. Went with the s however i feel the fabric is not as thick, still fits but with a lot less booty lift due to them not being as tight or as thick. I’m defenitely in between sizes. 91cm hip, 68cm waist.
